M5.5 Blog: Campaign for Tap Water
I think
my campaign slogan would be something like “I drink tap water to protect my
planet and my wallet.” My campaign’s goals is to give the public the fact, let
them voice their concerns, and provide them with solutions to solve those
concerns. The campaign would educate and provide the public with facts about
tap water and bottled water. What are the benefits or drinking tap water versus
bottled water? What are the disadvantages of drinking tap water versus bottled
water? We want the public to become aware that the scale always tips in favor
of drinking tap water and not bottled water. We want them to realize their need
for bottled water are created by corporation’s marketing strategies and they
are not real. Then, we would let the public voice whatever concerns or
questions they have for tap water that prevent them from drinking it which led
to the consumption of bottled water. Lastly, we would use the scientifically proven
facts to answer their questions about tap versus bottled water. We also provide
them with solutions or methods they can use to reduce the amount of bottled
water they purchase and consume. In addition, the campaign would help to test
and verify quality and taste of tap water for the population within a targeted
region.
Hi Nha,
ReplyDeleteThis is a great campaign slogan. I like that you include how drinking from tap water will not only protect the environment but it can also save money. I also like that you plan to educate and provide educational facts about bottled water and tap water. I think it is important for people to know the benefits of drinking tap water. I also like the idea that you will inform people how corporations are manipulating them into buying bottled water. People need to know that bottled water are not really getting recycled and it is polluting our environment.

Hi Nha,
ReplyDeleteYour campaign slogan is good and relevant. It emphasizes that tap water not only good for you, but also for your wallet since it doesn't cost you to drink tap water. I like that you made your campaign slogan relevant to most people who are probably concerned that quality water is costly, despite that they can get it from their tap.
