I
found that in terms of possible hazard, this product can become flammable if
heated or being exposed to high temperature. As for possible health risks, eye
contact with the product can cause mild eye irritation while inhalation of the
product can cause severe health effects but those health effects are not
listed. I was surprised to find out that the health rating for this product is
2 meaning the level of severity for acute exposures of this product is moderate.
I’ve always been somewhat hesitant to use any insecticide product because I don’t
like how strong the smell could be and I’m afraid of the health effects of being
exposed to all the harmful chemicals that are in it. After learning about this,
I do feel a bit safer to use this product now whenever it’s necessary but I think it’s
best if I keep it at a minimum usage. In addition, I was kind of surprised to
learn that the flammability rating for this product is 4 meaning it’s could be
highly flammable. I keep this product under the sink in my bathroom and I don’t
think my bathroom is well-ventilated all the time because the ventilation fan
turns on when the light is on. I think I will find a better cool and well-ventilated
area in the house to store this product from now on to prevent any possible
accident in the future.
Product 2
Multipurpose Cleaner for hard surface: Soft Scrub with Bleach Cleanser

In terms of health risks, skin contact and eye
contact with the product can cause skin irritation and eye irritation. It’s suggested
to wear eye and face protection and gloves when using the product to prevent
skin and eye contact. I’ve been aware that using this product without
protective gears or gloves can cause skin and eye irritation. A good thing is when
using this product to clean, I always wear rubber gloves to protect my hands
but it never occurred to me to wear eye and face protection. I still think I don’t
need to resort to that extent to protect myself when using this product as long
as I wear gloves to protect my hands. In addition, after reading the disposal instruction,
I’m glad that I always use up everything in the bottle before tossing it into
the trash can because this is consider hazardous waste and it needs to be disposed
properly. I’ll make sure to tell my mom and aunts about this information so
that they too are aware and know how to dispose this type of product properly.
